| The MF2000 ATC Automatic
Temperature Controller represents the latest advance in O-Ring
bonding.
The heart of the MF2000 System is the built in, pre-programmed Temperature Controller that monitors the temperature of the die (by way of a Thermocouple inserted into a port in the die) and the bonding time. Now, it is easier than ever to maintain your die temperature and bonding time at optimum levels. The controller will monitor the die - waiting until it reaches the correct temperature. Then, once the optimum temperature is reached, the controller will time how long the die and O-Ring should remain at this temperature. When the time is up, the heater is automatically shut down. All you have to do is put your O-Ring in the die and start the system. The rest is automatic! |

| The controller features a digital display, showing you the temperature of the die, and a count down timer to let you know how much time is left in the bonding cycle. LED's indicate the status of the heater (on or off) and when the die is at the correct temperature (the ready light). The unit can easily be re-programmed with a different temperature or cycle time. All settings are stored in non-volatile memory. | ||||
| The MF2000 ATC can be outfitted with any of our dies, including the new DIY (Drill It Yourself). Dies are not included with the MF2000 ATC so you can choose the one that best fits your bonding needs. Plus, the new dies feature a cutting jig built right into it. No need for a separate one on your workboard. Older manual temperature systems can be upgraded to the new MFC2000 ATC system. Just send in your workboard and die. We will replace the manual controller with the new automatic controller, drill your die to accept the thermocouple, and do all the wiring and programming.
